An internship project has been life changing for young people with learning difficulties in Shropshire. The scheme involves Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust and Shrewsbury Colleges Group and offers them the chance to get work experience, and eventually paid employment. Lauren Clarke is 23 and autistic. She's taken part in the project and is now a porter at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
