How to not ‘have a fall’
Around a third of over 65s will have at least one fall this year and if it does happen it can feel like a huge impact on someone's confidence and independence. Geriatrician Dr Lucy Pollock explains why we need to reframe the conversation when it comes to 'having a fall' vs 'falling over'. She also shows some simple exercises to help stability and muscle strength that will help to keep you steady on your feet, no matter your age.
