Kidderminster band rock their way through Europe

Meet The Silver Lines, playing to sell-out shows in France, Germany and Spain, and are bigger over there than back home!

For a band barely recognised in their hometown of Kidderminster, The Silver Lines have become a sensation abroad - drawing huge crowds all across Europe.

They juggle day jobs back home, but overseas, they鈥檙e living their dream - performing to sold-out venues with hundreds of fans chanting their name and travelling hours to see them.

So far, the band members - who work as teachers, retail staff, and charity managers - have played shows in America, France, Spain, Germany and Portugal - and hope that, by this time next year, music will be their full-time career.

The four piece draw influence from late 60s powerhouses such as The Kinks and The Stones, with huge gigs at UK major cities and airplay on local and national 91热爆 radio.

We love their music so much we invited them to take part in our collaborator generator feature with Malvern's Keith Forde - and then they recorded an exclusive live session with us at Hereford College of Arts, and played on our 91热爆 takeover at Lakefest at Eastnor Castle.

The band members - including brothers Dan and Joe Ravenscroft - open up to Andrew Marston about life on the road.
