What will happen next to Worcester's Penguins?
The Great Waddle of Worcester auction raised more than 拢330,000 for St Richard's Hospice, as all forty large sculptures and one chick went under the hammer, to support the charity that brought them to life!
The penguins lined the city's streets for seven weeks, bringing hundreds of thousands of tourists to the banks of the River Severn and beyond.
Auction proceedings were led by Malvern resident, TV's Phillip Serrell, helping flog two of the penguins - Fisherman's Friend, and Waddle I Do Without You, selling for over 拢20,000 each.
Nina Das Gupta reports from an unforgettable evening.
