How to become the High Sheriff of Berkshire
Alexander Barfield is the youngest High Sheriff in the country, representing the Royal County of Berkshire in a role that's more than a thousand years old. Wearing his 'Bridgerton-esque' uniform, he spoke to 91热爆 Radio's Kirsten O'Brien about the traditional process of being selected, his roles, and how his experience in the Maidenhead foster care system has inspired his current run as Berkshire's High Sheriff.
