How you can help shape the future of SEND services in East Yorkshire
East Riding of Yorkshire Council wants to hear your views on local services for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The council has launched an online survey called The Big Listen and it will use the feedback to inform the SEND and Inclusion Strategy for the next five years. Councillor Victoria Aitken, Portfolio Holder for Children and Young People's Education, Health, and Wellbeing, tells 91热爆 Political Reporter Sarah Sanderson: "I want to hear it all, I want to hear the good, but I want to hear the bad as well. They know better than I do, I have not got the lived experience. And the lived experience is absolutely totally fundamental to how we can, in the future, deliver the services."
