Chineham grandmother pushing for powerlifting glory
Louise Clark, from Chineham, only started working out in her 40s, and was nearly 50 when she started competing. Now, she's setting world records. She fits in her workouts around looking after her granddaughter, who wants to grow up to be just like her. Louise is encouraging more women to follow their passions. Kirsten O'Brien finds out what prompted her lifestyle change in the first place.
