Lola James is 3 and has Cerebral Palsy. In September she took on a huge superhero challenge, attempting to walk and cycle 14 miles to raise money for The Movement Centre in Oswestry.

Lola is currently taking part in a year long programme with the centre to build strength and stability, with the goal of one day being able to stand independently. To say thank you for their incredible work, Lola raised a whopping 拢1,000.

Her parents Beth and Greg told Kelly Hinch why they decided to take on the fundraiser.
