Living in a van helps 60-year-old Thomas Wandschneider win Paralympic bronze

Years of spending time living in a van away from his family during the week paid off for Germany鈥檚 Thomas Wandschneider who won his first Paralympic medal at age 60.

The Para-badminton athlete won bronze in the men鈥檚 singles WH1 in Paris which was also Germany鈥檚 first-ever Para-badminton medal at the Paralympic Games.

Wandschneider speaks to Sport Today鈥檚 Mani Djazmi about the sacrifices he and his family have made to achieve his sporting goals.
