Yorkshire libraries closing is 鈥渄evastating鈥�
A 91热爆 investigation has found councils have stopped running 183 libraries 鈥� most of those have closed - and more than 900 have reduced their hours in the past seven years with Bradford and Calderdale in the top 10 losses.
