Northumberland Zoo: 'We're not scamming people'

Northumberland Zoo says people have been contacting them thinking they've been scammed after the Zoo's name is wrongly showing up on bank statements.

Maxine from the Zoo tells Matt Bailey there has been a mix up, outside of their business.

A NatWest spokesperson said they have resolved the issue and transactions will be corrected on customers accounts over the course of today and tomorrow.
