The man who pushed a wheelbarrow from Land's End
Bob Carlisle was living in St Austell in 1878 and became known for various Pedestrianism events. In 1879 he decided to to walk from Land鈥檚 End to John O鈥橤roats and back.
He did this while pushing a wheelbarrow.
