Our son hasn't been in school for 18 months
A couple from Shropshire say their 16 year old son hasn't been to school in 18 months because the Council hasn't found anywhere suitable for him to go. The teenager has special educational needs and was excluded from his last school for attacking a teaching assistant. He is now showing similar behaviour towards his family.
