The annual Classic Boat Festival returns to the capital for its fifteenth year. Fifty vessels are taking part ranging from elegant sailing yachts to majestic steamboats and war heroes, plus a royal barge that's a legacy to Queen Elizabeth II. We hear from Kevin Finn of Dunkirk Little Ships plus Jamie Aitkin of St Katherine Docks Marina.
