'This is a deeply uncomfortable time for all of us'
It's been a week of unrest and violent disorder up and down the country.
It was sparked after three young girls were killed in Southport - false claims on social media followed that someone who had arrived in the UK illegally was to blame.
Mosques have been targeted, as well as hotels housing asylum seekers. The Prime Minister has described the violence as 'far-right thuggery' and Islamophobic slurs have been heard across the country.
