'Anarchy in East Anglia'
After The Clash's now infamous show at the Corn Exchange, rock performances in public venues were outlawed.
The 1978 concert reportedly 鈥渃aused mayhem鈥 and was accused of promoting 鈥渦nruly鈥 behaviour, forcing council bosses to take action.
Suffolk punk rock fan Paul Johnson is now calling for the show to be commemorated in some way, but the Bury Society has already ruled out a blue plaque being installed.
