Carrington: 'Trying to get these permits has been a joke'
Residents in Ebers Road, Carrington, claim a delay in issuing parking permits has led to people being wrongly fined.
Nottingham City Council said the reason for the delay was due to issues with its permit processing system and it was confident the technical issues its system had encountered "have now been resolved".
