Council waiting for someone to take on Heartlands
Cornwall Council took back control of the site from the trustees earlier this year and are looking for someone to take it on.
Some of the assets are being sold off and businesses operating on the site say not everyone knows they are still open.
The Council has confirmed there are people interested in taking on Heartlands but says it's unlikely more housing will be developed there. The Council also says it is open to suggestions for the site.
David Dixon has been to Pool to take a look at the situation and has been speaking to the chair of Carn Brea Parish Council, Bob Drew.
