Clare's Law: 'My partner attacked 20 other women'
Clare鈥檚 Law allows a person to make an application to the police requesting information about their partner鈥檚 previous abusive or violent offending.
Data analysed by the 91热爆 shows Cleveland Police has the highest number of applications under Clare's Law by head of population.
