More than half of local roads in the North West could fail in the next 15 years as the amount needed to fix potholes reaches a record high.
Over 拢19 million was spent on road upkeep in the Liverpool City Region.
Whilst other areas across Merseyside and Cheshire didn't use all the money available to them.
