New XL Bully laws 'just penalising good owners'
New laws banning XL Bully dogs have been introduced, but one Holbeach owner feels the ban unfairly affects responsible owners.
Under the regulations, Sarah Phoenix's dog Barry is classed as a dangerous breed and has been neutered and must wear a muzzle in public.
However Sarah believes the ban will lead to dogs being abandoned or put down - but they will still be 'used as weapons by the wrong people'.
