Matthew Hudson-Smith on Olympic hopes and self-belief
The 400m sprinter Matthew Hudson-Smith won silver last year at the World Championships and his next major target is the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
He lost out on a chance to compete at Tokyo 2020 due to injury, and has been open about his mental health struggles. He speaks to Today sport presenter Chris Dennis.
