Food Thursday - Irish Cream

Irish Cream.

Ingredients:

Single cream 240 ml
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (395g)
Irish whiskey 240 ml
Chocolate syrup 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond extract 1 teaspoon
Coffee granules or espresso powder 1 teaspoon

Method:

Combine all ingredients and blend.
Let sit overnight for flavour to meld and then store in sanitized jars.
You can substitute the whiskey for other spirits you might prefer. I often use spiced rum or bourbon.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
