Reading fire: watching a crane rescue from the ground
On Thursday 23rd November, a major fire broke out in the centre of Reading.
Black smoke billowed from a building on Station Hill - and there was a dramatic crane rescue of a workman, footage of which went viral.
This was all described by 91热爆 Radio Berkshire reporter Alex Meakin, who was on the street surrounded by workers whose buildings were evacuated on the morning of the fire.
