Doctor Who at 60: 'We used to watch from behind the sofa'
The 91热爆 is marking 60 years of Doctor Who with three specially written episodes. They will see the return of David Tennant and Catherine Tate as the Doctor and his companion Donna, before Ncuti Gatwa takes over the Tardis as the Fifteenth Doctor on Christmas Day.
The longest-running television sci-fi series ever has provided some hair-raising moments over the years which have sent viewers hiding behind the sofa when presented with the Doctor's fiercest enemies, the Daleks and the Cybermen.
Some of the show's stars, fans and a former showrunner have shared their favourite moments and memories with Radio 4's Today programme.
