The Basingstoke teacher competing as a para-athlete
By day, Jamie Gane is a maths teacher in Basingstoke – but in his spare time he competes on the world stage as a para-athlete. Recently, he picked up six medals at the OCR World Championships in Belgium.
91Èȱ¬ Radio Berkshire’s Sarah Walker caught up with Jamie to talk about how he went from a leg amputation at age 23 to competing on the world stage.
