"I quit uni and became Henley's youngest gin maker"
Recently, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind for one Berkshire gin producer. The Henley Distillery was opened two years ago by Jacob Wilson, who is one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country.
They’ve had a lot of recognition since that launch – and recently were honoured at this year’s Great Taste Awards.
