A woman thinks she is speaking to a card company's fraud department, which is telling her that her debit card has been hacked and an unauthorised transaction made. But she is actually talking to scammers, and the only thing they are after is her money - but she won鈥檛 know that unless the Interceptors can get hold of her to warn her not to part with her cash.
Meanwhile, ethical hacker Jim Browning gives chapter and verse on who鈥檚 behind some of the scam call centres he has hacked into, and how much money the people at the top are making from their crimes.
