Air passengers have faced delays for three days. The original problem is fixed but the backlog has continued to cause delays.

A single piece of flight data was responsible and automatic systems were knocked out meaning plane movements had to be handled manually.

An investigation into what happened - and how it was dealt with - has been launched.
