Breckland Council has launched an Alexa skill that allows people to ask which bin they need to put out that week.

It's one of 50 questions residents can ask.

Alison聽Webb, the executive聽member聽for聽customer聽services, hopes it will cut the number of calls the council receives about small matters allowing it to deal with more in-depth queries.
