Claire Hamilton meets Paul Quinn who has been selected as 91Èȱ¬ Radio Merseyside’s Voice of Eurovision. Paul, along with star of stage and screen Claire Sweeney will deliver an alternative Scouse Eurovision on the 2023 Grand Final. Claire also hears from Noa Kirel representing Israel in the contest with her song ‘Unicorns’.
