'It's been a wonderful experience to work with him'

He's taken us across the world - from the depths of our oceans to the most remote deserts.

But Sir David Attenborough's latest series is much closer to home.

Filmed over three years - 'Wild Isles' promises to show that nature in the UK can be just as spectacular as anywhere else on the planet.

When Sir David Attenborough started out as a broadcaster back in the 1950s - internal 91热爆 politics meant he had to concentrate on documenting nature abroad, rather than closer to home. So this is the first time he鈥檚 really been able to focus on the wildlife right here on our doorstep.

At 96 years old - he says it's the series he always wanted to make.

There are five episodes of Wild Isles, and senior producer Chris Howard tells Ady Dayman more about what to expect.
