Belfast man urges people to seek support "No matter how much your eating disorder is trying to convince you you don't need it"
Over half of men with eating disorders have never received treatment and a third have never sought it - that's according to a survey by the UK eating disorder charity Beat.聽
The charity also revealed that many of the men here who responded said nobody raised concerns that they might have an eating disorder
