'The whole building's on fire, we need to jump'
Joel Richards has been back to Rowe Court in Reading with presenter Sarah Walker. He retells the story of the arson that gutted his home in a block of flats where more than 20 people lived. The fire killed two of his neighbours and a man has been prosecuted for the attack. Joel has since received therapy and used his experience to help others by starting up an initiative providing upcycled furniture to people who find themselves in a similar position to him, without a home.
