Mincemeat Shortbread recipe
Follow along with Jack's Mincemeat Shortbread recipe! All the fun of baking and no pastry to make it difficult. A great one to try for the holiday season!
Ingredients:
150g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
100g unsalted butter, room temp and cubed
60g golden caster sugar plus 1 tbsp for sprinkling
100g Mincemeat (supermarket)
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients together, until it binds into a dough. Make sure all the butter is rubbed in.
Once it鈥檚 a dough, add the mincemeat and mix well.
Roll out on a floured work top. Cut out and cook at 160c for 15/20 minutes. (till golden brown)
Sprinkle extra sugar on top.
