Rob loves American peanut butter, a rare delicacy here in the UK, so Tubsey is sent out to connect with some of his contacts to secure the right product. It makes the perfect accompaniment to Rob鈥檚 Vietnamese Banh Mi.
Finally, to bring a bit of Americana to the feast, Zuu creates a bespoke 'Chicago meets west London' cheesecake, but will connoisseur Rob be impressed?
