Grime artist and chef Big Zuu is off to Portsmouth to cook the perfect post performance meal for comedian Rosie Jones. Rosie is on her 'Backwards' tour and is desperate for fish and chips like her Nanna made and a sausage roll that can beat the ones she used to eat at school.

Zuu and his sidekicks, Tubsey and Hyder, set out on a fishing expedition to try and catch some fresh fish – but it’s not as easy as it looks, especially if you’ve never been fishing before. Back at the van, they set about designing a fresh twist on traditional chips with a nod to Nanna’s Spanish heritage and devise a Lebanese alternative to the traditional sausage roll.
