Kherson: 'We are hopeful and afraid at the same time'
Russia's defence ministry says it has completed its withdrawal of troops from the key city of Kherson in Ukraine's south.
Ukrainian flags have been raised at the regional administration building in Kherson and an EU flag is also visible in pictures posted on social media verified by the 91热爆.
The withdrawal of Russian forces from Kherson is seen by some as a major setback for Moscow, but Ukrainian officials have warned it might be too soon to celebrate.
