Not enough black coaches - Vieira on football's diversity issue

We speak exclusively to Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira about the lack of opportunities for black coaches in the game. We also hear from QPR director of football Les Ferdinand.

Patrick Vieira, the Crystal Palace manager, says more needs to be done to encourage black players into management. Vieira is one of the 4.4% of black managers in English football, compared to 43% of black players in the Premier League and 34% of players in the Football League. We speak exclusively to Vieira about his views on the lack of opportunities for black coaches in the game. We also hear from QPR Director of Football Les Ferdinand who says the FA's diversity code has 'made no difference' in helping black players get jobs in football.
