Is Brexit still at the root of UK political divisions?
Do you feel European? Sir John Curtice, professor of politics at the University of Strathclyde and leading election analyst, says that question has always been a key problem for the UK. He says the "fundamental failure of the European project" was that British people never regarded themselves as part of Europe. He says this is one of the underlying reasons for division amongst both voters and the ruling Conservative Party.
