Gemma Gould and her daughter Audrina went to Florida last month for a delayed Disney holiday, but it didn't quite go to plan.
Audrina 鈥� who recently recovered from cancer 鈥� has a condition called cyclic vomiting syndrome, which can flare up as frequently as every two weeks.
They鈥檝e been sharing their story with Twiggy.
