The Hill of the O'Neills in Dungannon tells the story of the Kings of Ulster, who were involved in Tyrone's Rebellion, the Flight of the Earls and the Irish Rebellion of 1641. Peter Lant is Education Officer at the Hill.
Brook Hall estate on the banks of the River Foyle close to Derry was built in the 17th Century and over the next two hundred years witnessed many political
events ... these days David Gilliland and his family live there and look after the extensive gardens, ancient woodland and the willow farm that surround the historic House. And they especially love the river and all the history of the house ... as Helen Mark found out when she and David went for a walk in the grounds.
