It鈥檚 the latest in a spate of deadly gun and knife attacks in the city, after a period where things seemed to be improving. So what鈥檚 going on in Liverpool鈥檚 underworld? Why is it seemingly so easy to get guns in the city? And why are so many people dying at the hands of those they鈥檝e never met?
