Rose Garden Cafe in Sheffield is closed with immediate effect because the roof was found to be unsafe. A structural report, requested by Sheffield City Council, recommends the cafe is demolished. It also concludes that if the building was to be repaired, it would cost around 拢550,000.
The cafe's been at the park since 1927, and a crowdfunder and petition have been started to try to save it.
