Ukraine: 100 days after Russian invasion, war continues
Today marks 100 days since the Russian invasion of Ukraine started. President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Russian forces have seized a fifth of his country's territory. The war has changed the lives of everyone in Ukraine.
Newsday asked some of the people we've interviewed on the programme to send us a short personal reflection, beginning with Alex Dayrabekov - a citizen of the city of Bucha occupied by Russian troops and the site of many alleged human rights abuses.
"My family - with a two-week-old newborn - left behind our home. It felt like the earth was shaking under our feet. We saved our lives. We want to go home but most of all we want all our land back."
