Ukraine: "No way to make a deal with Putin"

Ukraine asks for more weapons as Russian troops make advances in east.

The jubilation among Ukrainians and their allies that marked Russia's defeat and their withdrawal from areas surrounding Kyiv has faded. In Donbas, eastern Ukraine, Russian forces are advancing and are close to surrounding the city of Severodonetsk. Jeremy Bowen who spent two weeks in Donbas has been speaking to student-turned-soldier, Maxsym Lutsyk, who last week made a difficult journey from the frontline there. Today鈥檚 Justin Webb also spoke to Yuriy Sak, advisor to Ukraine's Minister of Defence, who explained why further heavy weapons are needed by forces in the country.
