The fine margins between success and disappointment can be extremely unforgiving at the highest level of competitive sport. A man who has experienced this on both sides is former England rugby coach Stuart Lancaster.
His Leinster side plays in the European Champions Cup this weekend. Reflecting on both his time with England and more recent successes at Leinster, with whom he has won five trophies, he speaks to Today鈥檚 Garry Richardson.
