Massacre is a game changer - Ukraine foreign minister
Ukraine鈥檚 Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has told the 91热爆's HARDtalk that the 鈥淏ucha massacre is a game changer鈥�.
Citing more than 400 civilian deaths, he said that 鈥渢he Bucha massacre should remove any kind of hesitation and reluctance in the West to provide Ukraine with all necessary weapons鈥nd the same goes for sanctions鈥�.
He was speaking via Skype from Warsaw.
