Ukraine: Zelensky orders investigation into alleged Russian war crimes

President Zelensky has accused Russia of deliberately killing civilians near Kyiv

Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has said he will establish a special team of international experts, lawyers and judges, to start investigating alleged Russian war crimes in Ukraine. He has accused Russia of deliberately killing civilians as its forces retreated from the areas around the capital, Kyiv.

91热爆 correspondent Jeremy Bowen and his team travelled out to some of the towns around Kyiv which were occupied by Russian forces, and reports from where the shelling, destruction and looting has been at its worst. Today's Justin Webb speaks to Philippe Sands, Professor of the public understanding of law at University College London and expert in war crimes.
