"I thought that I still had something in me" - Liskeard's Mark Tucker on his remarkable life in martial arts
When it comes to martial arts, there's very little that Mark Tucker doesn't know.
From judo to Brazilian-jiu-jitsu, he's studied it all - and travelled round the world to teach unarmed combat techniques to forces as far afield as the USA and New Zealand.
He was also the first person in Cornwall to get a BJJ black belt; he trains some of Cornwall's top fighters; and is a former mixed-martial-arts champion himself.
Mark runs the Combat Athletics Academy in Liskeard, and our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been along to meet him.
